Profile Clamping & Rotation System (360° ROTARY VISES)
The profile is clamped by three robust pneumatic vises. They feature an innovative pneumatic clamping system (Patent No: 1009821) that allows full rotation of the profile for machining all sides in a single cutting cycle (without repositioning) and at any intermediate angle. This technology offers exceptional flexibility and precision, avoiding vibration and ensuring optimal cutting quality.
Automatic vise Movement
The vises are automatically positioned along the X-axis before each machining operation.
Before each cut, the Software precisely calculates the positions of the vises, ensuring automatic and safe movement without risk of collisions.
ATC Electrospindle – ISO 30
The 3.8 kW electrospindle speeds up to 24,000 rpm, delivering stability and precision in every operation.
It features automatic tool changing (ATC) with ISO30 tool interface, allowing fast and secure tool changes.
Cooling is achieved via an integrated fan, while ceramic bearings ensure high performance and long-term reliability.

The machine is equipped with a 5-position tool magazine, freely configurable according to the operator’s needs.
Left–Right retractable Stoppers
On the front side of the working area, the machine includes a robust stopper responsible for precise profile positioning.
This stopper is retractable and pneumatically activated or deactivated via software.
On the rear side, a second retractable stopper is installed.
The combination of left and right stoppers allows profile repositioning, enabling machining of profiles longer than the working range and significantly expanding the machine’s capabilities.
CNSeamless Software
The machine is equipped with a user-friendly Software developed exclusively for window and frame manufacturers.
It allows operators to create and execute machining operations without CAD or programming knowledge (CAD-CAM not required).
Through a full customizable profile library, the operator selects the desired profile and one or more pre-designed machining operations.
From the CNSeamless graphical interface, jobs can be easily created, executed, or saved for later.
An open G-code editor is also included for advanced and custom machining tasks.
Control Console
The mobile control console is ergonomically designed for comfortable operation from any standing position.
It can be easily repositioned as needed and includes:
22″ screen (or touchscreen)
Windows-based PC
USB ports, mouse, and keyboard
Wired auxiliary feed-rate control
This setup provides full control over machining conditions throughout the cutting cycle.
